Ministry Order
The production association "Uzenergotaminlash" was established based on Order No. 17 of the Ministry of Energy and Electrification of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 22, 1994.
State Committee Resolution
Based on Order No. 912 of the Tashkent City State Committee for State Property Management and Entrepreneurship Support dated November 21, 2003, the enterprise was transformed into an Open Joint-Stock Company.
