Company History
Our path of development is a history of dedication, innovation, and pursuit of energy stability of the republic.
On the basis of Order No. 17 of the Ministry of Energy and Electrification of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 22, 1994, the production association "Uzenergotaminlash" was established. This enterprise was the first step towards stable supply of the republic's energy system.
Based on Order No. 912 of the Tashkent City State Committee for State Property Management and Entrepreneurship Support dated November 21, 2003, the enterprise was transformed into an Open Joint-Stock Company. At this stage, the company obtained the right to plan its activities independently, conclude contracts with foreign investors, and protect the interests of shareholders.
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Joint-Stock Companies and Protection of Shareholders' Rights", the Company was reorganized into "Uzenergotaminlash" Joint-Stock Company. This served to further improve the management system and increase investment attractiveness.
Today, "Uzenergotaminlash" JSC is the main operator for centralized procurement within the structure of "Thermal Power Plants" JSC. The company ensures the continuous supply of energy networks with materials and equipment through the Kibray base (3.39 ha), a customs warehouse, and modern logistics infrastructure.
